Q: What is included in the price that I see at the checkout?
A: The total price consists of the item price, VAT at your own country's applicable rate, the shipping cost, and any applicable duties. Orders under 150 Euros in value do not attract duties but are subject to a 3 Euro 'Small Parcel Levy', introduced by the EU on 1st July 2026.

Q: Do I have to pay any other charges prior to delivery?
A: No. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.

Q: Can I pay in Euros / Krona / Zloty etc?
A: Yes! You will now see all prices in your local currency. Exchange rates are dynamic, so prices may fluctuate a tiny amount from day to day.

Q: If I return an item, what is refundable?
A: For orders under 150 euros we will refund the item price plus any VAT that you paid on the item price. For orders over 150 euros we will refund the item price, and in most cases we will be able reclaim all or some of the VAT paid on the item price, on your behalf. The refund for the VAT portion may take up to 14 working days after we have refunded the item price.

Q: What is not refunded?
A: As now, outward and return shipping costs are not refundable. Duties are not refundable. The EU Small Parcel Levy (on orders under 150 Euros) is not refundable.
